Important Notices

Contractors on site do have the authority to use the water spigots on the buildings as needed to perform their contracted work.

Snow Removal is conducted when 2 or more inches of snow are accumulated.  Salting is performed on the streets and main paths of the courts.  Owners/Renters have to salt around their vehicles, in front of garages, and their sidewalks.  Vehicles not moved from behind garages or the street for the contractor to "clean up" after snow stops, that snow will not be removed.   


Lawn mowing will generally be conducted on Thursdays.  The schedule may change depending on weather and lawn conditions.  Bush trimming is conducted at the end of June, early July and again in late October.  Please contact management with any concerns related to landscaping.  


All NEW landlords are required to submit documentation PRIOR to any renter moving into a unit.  Failure to do so will result in significant fines.  RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE ANY PETS.


Landlordsare required to submit a lease and census card EVERY YEAR regardless if your tenant stays the same as the prior year.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Landlords need to automatically submit this information to the management company.
